TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LAY-BUY

• Ensure a copy of the original lay-buy invoice or previous payment receipt is available when payment is made.
• Payments can be made via ‘EFT’ into Home & Sleep Solutions banking account.
• Please ensure the beneficiary reference has the lay-by invoice number stipulated which can be attained from the original Lay-bye note.
• Lay-buy only secures the price, and does not reserve stock.
• No stock will be reserved until fully paid.
• Regular monthly payments must be maintained during the period of the lay-buy.
• Once accounts department confirms that the full payment reflects in the company Capitec Business Account the order will then be placed with the manufacturer and the lay-by invoice will be delivered to the client.

LAY-BUY REFUNDS

You will need to provide the original Lay-By Invoice / Receipt. If you no longer have your original lay-by invoice, bring a copy of your ID / Driver’s License. Only the invoice holder can cancel a lay-by. A 25% handling fee will be raised on canceled orders. (delivery is billed separately)
